Well I finally felt good enough to put in a full week of
workouts in. First time in a while. I capped it off today with a 1:30 ride on
the trainer. The week went well, and since we are in base training mode yet, it
was 3 bikes, two swims, and a run plus a day of strength training.
Hopefully I can stay healthy and start building towards my
first race later this spring.
